• We use PAYFAST on our website to process our payments. PAYFAST is the best online merchant in South-Africa with the best track record.
• After doing the checkout process you will be redirected to a secure PAYFAST page to complete the payment.
• When using the INSTANT EFT from PAYFAST remember to use the reference number they provide you.
• Failing to do so will result in a payment that cannot be allocated. We do not take any responsibility for this and you should then contact PAYFAST directly to resolve this.
• Refunds will not be paid in CASH. We refund in the manner we receive the payment. If we issue you a refund to your Credit Card it will take 4-5 days before it reflects. Instant EFT and Cash Deposits will be refunded strictly by Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT)
