3) Standard courier cost will be R100-00 with The Courier Guy (Door to Door). If you stay in a rural area, we might advise you on additional cost on delivery - this amount is charged by the 3rd Party courier and not by us.
4) Courier cost with POSTNET to POSTNET will be R109-00.

6) Orders over R1000-00 will be delivered for FREE.
7) We have 1-3 Days handling time on all our orders before shipping your order. This all depends on how busy we are. Please do not contact us querying the dispatch of your parcel as your order is in a sequential queue to be fair and to treat all our customers equal.
8) Delivery time my vary but estimated time is between 3 & 5 working days. Delivery to some outlying areas may experience a further delay of 1-2 Days.
9) Special requests can be made on the Waybill - but if the courier service don't adhere to this, then this is out of our hands.
10) Once you have placed your order and the payment reflects in our Bank Account - we will compile and send your package. We will also E-mail/WhatsApp you the tracking number.
11) If you require an update on the delivery date, please use the tracking number and search on the courier companies website. Due to disrespectful customers, we don't offer this service anymore.

14) All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed on the Monday, and orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
